Brief Info: Mr. Adeyinka Adebola has over 25 years of hands-on experience covering Banking, E-Commerce, Information Technology deployments, and International Business. A focused and dynamic business leader with a keen visionary insight for mastering new markets and uncharted business territories. Adebola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Lagos, where he won the Management Students Association Annual Awards for the best overall student in Finance and Business Administration for two years running. He later studied Economics for a Masters of Science degree at the same University. He is currently in an Executive MBA programme at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and Queens University, in Ontario, Canada. He had a meritorious career celebrated with a series of awards in the leading Institutions of the Nigerian Banking industry, starting at Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd. (now GTCO) in 1995 and subsequently in other leading Banking institutions in Nigeria.

Adebola distinguished himself by building and leading teams across various functional areas of banking, such as Operations, Internal Control, and Local and Large Corporates teams of the Corporate Banking Group. He later served as Head of Local & Foreign Currency Trading teams and became the Treasurer for First Atlantic Bank, where he also deputised as Head of the Investment Banking Division with oversight for Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Institutional Funds Management, Securities Trading, Treasury and Private Banking Groups.

He subsequently founded Eartholeum Networks Limited, one of the pioneer Fintech Companies in the Nigerian Mobile Money Space, following a collaboration with the Central Bank of Nigeria and a handful of International Consultants to support the process of carving out regulations for the then-budding sector. Mr. Adeyinka has forged several key global strategic alliances to deliver solutions in the Advisory, Technology & Infrastructure sectors. He also set up ENL Nova, a strategic alliance JV company created by Eartholeum and Nova MSc. of Singapore, to create an integrated city management platform for the Lagos State Government in 2011.

He founded First Global, Canada in 2012 and has established key strategic business relationships across major financial centres to fund Banks and Infrastructure projects in Emerging Markets in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Company is currently spearheading significant infrastructure and technology initiatives in Nigeria in collaboration with notable Global players in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Infrastructure spaces.
